CONSULTING SERVICES

The CPEM Consulting Group established in 1991 operates from Brisbane, providing a wide range of Training and Development services and Organisational Consulting services to clients throughout Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Europe and the United States of America.

The group comprises eight staff in total, five consultants and three technical support staff. All consultants have tertiary qualifications at post graduate level in either Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Education, as well as solid industry experience in these four areas.

(i) Development of Competency Standards for over 450 Tourism Queensland positions (1996/1997)

(ii) Corporate Planning for Australian and International Management (1996/1997/1998)

(iii) Development of Annual Business Plans for Departments within Tourism Queensland (1996 - 2000).

(iv) Development and implementation of Performance Management Programs throughout the organisation (1997/1998)

(v) Development and delivery of training programs in the following training areas:

Redland Shire Council

CPEM has been a member of the Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (Panel) for Redland Shire Council since 1995.
